Commercial Assistant
You will assist the sales team and more particularly the area sales manager.
The purpose of your role is to grow market, generate new sales and support
the existing sales and operations team.
Responsibilities :
-customer relationship management (evaluating the needs of the customer
and prospect, advise, guide and delegate to the appropriate in-house services
and departments) -sales administration (quotations, orders, invoices, delivery
sheets and parcels,) -canvassing for business -follow-up the customers
and prospective customers
You have a commercial degree and are fluent in english. Knowledge of another
foreign language appreciated.
You have a strong sense of responsibility, you are dynamic, customer focused,
team player and autonomous. Strong interpersonal and client relationship
skills are also required as well as the ability to establish long term
customerfs satisfaction by understanding and delivering to their needs.
You are at ease on the phone and with internet.
First work experience not required but appreciated.
Job based in Aix-en-Provence (France; 50km from Marseille) and available
immediately.

Technical Engineer
You will be responsible for the technical management of the distributed
software material (JMAG). You will supervise their use, installation and
application (mainly electromagnetic flux calculation by finite elements
but also power electronics and electrical networks) and offer technical
support, guidance and consultancy to the customers. You will be responsible
for executing various technical studies and also co-operate with the team
to continuously enhance and improve the support service framework to achieve
customer satisfaction.
You are an engineer in electrotechnics. Knowledge in electromagnetic flux
calculation required.
You have a strong sense of responsibility, you are dynamic, customer focused,
team player and autonomous. Strong technical, interpersonal and client
relationship skills are also required.
You are fluent in english.
First work experience not required.
