An Exhibition of the Latest Measuring Instrument That Will Contribute to Raising the Efficiency of Both Development and Performance Analysis of Motors.
[New product: WT1800 High Performance Power Analyzer] By using "High Speed Data Capturing" feature, voltage, current and even power can be measured every millisecond. It enables analyzing the motor start up transients or the turn-on behavior of devices. [The latest waveform recorder: DL850 ScopeCorder] By using new "Realtime Math" feature, not only voltage/current measurement but also power calculation can be performed in real time. In addition, various waveform calculation such as filtering, integral/differential or frequency/RMS measurement are also available.
The ASM Electric Components that we will introduce in this exhibition is a simulation model for vehicles that is geared toward real time simulations targeting things like automotive electrical components and hybrid drivetrains. By using JMAG, it becomes possible to set the parameters for a general ASM motor model by defining the main characteristics of the motor and exporting the data. We will also exhibit the optimal HIL testing system for the dSPACE Electrio Drive after using the ASM software group.
It is a universal acoustic analysis tool that uses the finite element method and the boundary element method, and it handles the time region and the frequency region (Including the random region). The appropriate region covers fluid acoustics, structuralacoustical coupling (including radiated sound analysis from electromagnetic vibration (JMAG)), and pure acoustic problems, as well. It is equipped with speed-up algorithms (such as Perfect Matched Layer (FEM) and First Multi-Pole BEM) that greatly reduce analysis CPU time, and it has been adopted by a wide range of users as an acoustic evaluation tool that can flexibly handle every kind of acoustic and noise problem.
Software (PSIM) It is possible to couple a motor model generated in JMAG with PSIM and run a simulation that includes the main circuit and control circuit. A High Accuracy HIL Motor Simulator Equipped with JMAG
By using National Instruments' universal HIL hardware (PXI-RT) and the FPGA device, it is possible to construct an extremely precise and fast (under 1μsec) motor HIL simulator at a low cost. With this system, by coupling it with the JMAG model, you can get even closer responsiveness to the real machine than you could with the ideal motor model. By using this system, even if you do not have an expensive motoring facility, by using the Motor HIL Simulator it will be possible to validate the regulation units with high precision.
RT-LAB is a real time simulator developed by the Canadian company OPAL-RT for configuring a Hardware in the Loop Simulation (HILS) environment capable of investigating the controllers for control sytems without connecting actual motors. RT-LAB supports JMAG-RT to achieve a HILS environment with even higher accuracy.
This technology is actively used in a wide range of controller development for motors starting with hybrid and electrical vehicle development because results from the drive pulse to the motor current output can be run in 1.3μ sec.
We would like to display the HP Z800 Workstation, a high end workstation that has achieved supreme performance. The Z800 is equipped with the latest Intel Xeon processor, and it has achieved performance that can withstand heavy load operations, such as pre and post performance analysis, that are comparable to those of the server class in the CAE field. Additionally, we would like to introduce a scalable server that can be equipped with the latest GPU and excels at both space conservation and power efficiency.
