Microsoft Corporation will cease providing technical support for Microsoft Windows XP from April 9, 2014. Windows XP operation guarantees or support services related to JMAG will also end on the same day.
Continued use of JMAG will be possible with Windows XP even after our support service has ended.
Please understand, however, that we will be unable to deal with any Windows XP-related technical inquiries, such as for installation.
Customers currently using Windows XP are urged to consider upgrading to the latest operating system and shifting to JSOL-handled software versions supported by the latest operating systems.
