Notice Regarding Discontinued Support for Internet Explorer
We would first like to thank all our users for their continued use of the JMAG website.
In order to continue improving the quality and security of our products and services, it is with regret that we announce the removal of Internet Explorer (hereinafter referred to as “IE”) from our list of recommended browsers as of July 26 2021.
We caution all users that because accessing our website using IE causes functions to operate inappropriately, and windows cannot be correctly displayed, unintended operations may occur.

We request that those currently using IE instead use an alternative browser such as “Microsoft Edge” or “Google Chrome”.
Support will no longer be provided for issues that occur in using IE, and we will therefore be unable to accommodate any enquiries regarding these issues.
While we apologize for any inconvenience caused, your understanding is much appreciated.
Background regarding discontinued support
Microsoft Corporation now recommends using their browser “Microsoft Edge”, the successor to IE.
As a result of this announcement, the JMAG website will also no longer support IE.
