The authentication method of the JMAG User Support site has been changed from basic authentication to application authentication.
The License/User ID and password that we are providing is the same as before.
However, please note that you will be required to enter the License/User ID and password again even if it was saved in the browser.

How to access:
- Select the menu with the key lock mark from the User Support.
- Sign in
Please enter your License ID or User ID.
*Please note that users have either their License ID and password or User ID (e.g. MSFXXXX, UJMXXXX) which we provided to your license administrator.
Currently your e-mail address as an ID is not able to access User Support site.
The detail of Account Services
In the future, we will integrate with JMAG WEB MEMBER (JMAG Technical Library / JMAG-Express Online ID) and simplify User ID registration. We hope you will look forward to this.
