Overview
There is a need for design proposals to be evaluated at a high speed in the initial stages of motor design, and in such circumstances, it is required to evaluate not only lumped parameters, but also torque waveforms and magnetic field distribution. By using JMAG-Express, evaluations can be carried out at a high speed that include not just motor lumped parameters, but also waveforms and distributions.
This document describes the procedure for motor design using JMAG-Express.
