[Vol.067] Inherent characteristics of a PM AC generator – I
The 67th seminar explores the electrical characteristics of permanent magnet (PM) AC generators to examine the relationship between torque, speed, terminal voltage and current under a resistive load. This video also looks at the internal resistance and short-circuit current unique to small generators as well as investigates the effects adding an external resistance has on the characteristics.
