Sincere Apologizes for the JMAG-Express Online Service Interruption and Issue Displaying User Data

We would like to first thank everyone for using JMAG-Express Online.

The system maintenance conducted on November 11, 2024 encountered some unexpected problems, which caused a prolonged interruption to the JMAG-Express Online service. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this service outage.

Some users have also reported an issue that prevents them from displaying user data. We would like to ask anyone who is encountering this same issue to contact us using the information provided below. Please note that this issue does not affect users who do not save user data.

Currently, we are troubleshooting these problems and looking into specific ways to ensure this does not happen again. First, we will enhance system monitoring to enable us to rapidly respond to any issue that arises.

Issue Preventing Users from Displaying Data
Affected users:
Anyone who saved/uploaded user data between 6:00 pm on Tuesday, November 12 to 1:30 pm on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 (JST)

Recovery response:
The JMAG Business Company is contacting users affected by this issue to fix the problem with those users who we can reach.
