Abstract

Globalization is also spreading in the market of large electric rotating machines and people need motors which are more efficient and which have higher potential design. TMEIC think that high efficient motors and motor-and-drive solutions will be key-technologies. In order to achieve these, it is necessary to apply FEM analysis to motor design and to carry out tests of motor-and-drive systems, which establish the results of FEM analysis .
In this presentation, some FEM analysis and tests of motor-and-drive systems are introduced.
