[Vol.075] Electromagnetic Actuator — Comparison with JMAG
Following the 74th seminar, the 75th seminar compares and evaluates the FEA results obtained using JMAG against Roters’ electromagnetic actuator calculation. It investigates the effects of the material’s BH characteristics and modeling assumptions on electromagnetic force calculations and examines the advantages and limitations of both classical theory and the finite element method.
This seminar provides valuable insights into how designers can interpret simulation results and evaluate their validity in electromagnetic device design.
