In order to evaluate the transient response characteristics in magnetic design, not only basic characteristics but also the control system may need to be taken into account. Particularly in a magnetic device with a drive system, it is possible to express the actual motion states in more detail by taking into account the control system. In JMAG, control blocks are defined with circuit data and displacements as state variables. Because the control block can be described by Python code, it is possible to create an arbitrary control system.
