Overview

JMAG requires one FEM coil condition per FEM coil component in a circuit. When there are many FEM coil components such as in a lap winding or wave winding, it takes time to associate components and conditions one by one (Fig. a). Grouping FEM coil conditions makes it easier to associate them with circuit components.
In this document, how to group FEM coil conditions and associate them with macro component wave windings is explained. In Project File A, the brush / commutator component has already been set. For the brush / commutator component settings, see the function tutorial “Brush / Commutator Component”.
