Overview
Stress can occur in products due to types of manufacturing that includes shrink-fitting, indentation, and processing. Because stress influences magnetic properties and iron loss properties, accounting for stress is necessary for accurate estimations of machine characteristics. JMAG can perform magnetic field analysis by considering stress distribution obtained by actual measurements and other simulation software by reading CSV file.
This document describes methods for accounting for stress distribution with CSV file.
