Overview
In parameter optimization calculations, searches are performed automatically for design variable values that optimize objective function values. While multi-case calculations are necessary, processing can be distributed and accelerated by using a large number of cores for remote machines that are connected by a network.
There are two methods available for performing remote execution. These are the use of the job scheduler developed by JMAG (JMAG-Remote System), or using remote machines (or a job scheduler developed by a third party) via SSH (Secure Shell).
This document describes a method for running optimization calculations with a Linux remote machine by using SSH.
