Overview

Calculation speedup is in demand as so to obtain results even faster. One method of achieving this is analysis that distributes processing by using remote machines, such as cluster systems and HPC, etc. In JMAG, analysis can be run with remote machines that are connected by a network via SSH (Secure Shell) (Fig. a).
This document describes how to use PBS options with the remote machine SSH function to run the analysis of local machine data with remote machines, then importing the results on a local machine.
