Abstract

We design mover valves that attract the mover valve with the magnetic force occurring in the in the coil during current flow, and that come off due to the spring force attached to the mover valve. With regard to the attraction force occurring when current flows, a correlated analysis has been obtained for the analysis results and test results. If the effect of the remanent magnetization force that occurs when the current is not flowing can be confirmed in the analysis, it is possible to decide on good geometry validation in the analysis, and I considered the analysis method.
