Overview

JMAG requires a transfer function CSV file to run vibration analyses that use transfer functions. Users can create transfer function CSV files using the results from JMAG structural analyses. Vibration analyses are run using these CSV files and magnetic field analysis results.
This tutorial describes the procedures to create transfer functions for a motor using a JMAG structural analysis to run a vibration analysis. Users can also use the transfer function created in JMAG as input for the [Vibration Evaluation with Transfer Function] script provided with JMAG-Designer.
