Abstract
Electromagnetic-field analysis through FEM is widely used in the rotating machine field. It is most important role of electromagnetic-field analysis to evalute the reliability in large-sized rotating machines for which production and testing prototype is not easy. In this paper, we will introduce an example of a coupled magnetic-field and stress analysis on a turbine generator stator coil end.
