Abstract

In this presentation, I will explain the analysis of the gas proportional solenoid valve that used for gas volume adjustment using JMAG. It describes the study of stable electromagnetic force characteristics do not depend on the plunger (core) position, and low current, miniaturization that required for gas proportional solenoid valves, using analysis. In addition, I will explain our efforts to analyze hysteresis, which greatly affects the stability of performance, and feed it back to the development of solenoid valves.
