Abstract

SR motors are awaited eagerly for their practical realization as motors without rare earths, and are characterized by simple structure, high heat resistance, and toughness because they rotate using the gap between magnetic resistances.
On the other hand, there are challenges when shifting to productization due to their large noise levels and vibration compared with a synchronous motor.
