Abstract

In general magnetic properties evaluation, a closed magnetic circuit is created like ring test material, and magnetic properties are measured reducing the effect of the demagnetizing field. However, to measure ring test materials, the test materials need to be created, and the primary and secondary windings are necessary, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive.
In order to reduce effort during these times, we introduce a test case where we design solenoid coil which analyzed uniform magnetic field and magnetic field intensity by JMAG and minimized the influence of demagnetizing field.
The magnetic properties evaluation method using solenoid coils makes measurement simple by merely inserting and removing a test sample.
