Abstract

Our company, specializing in the manufacture of automobile components, is currently making investigations into the applicability of using induction heating as a new mass production technique.
We are also evaluating the induction heating method in analyses, making initiatives on the theme of “desktop measurement of temperature distribution and thermal strain”.
We have now analyzed thin plate induction heating with JMAG, in addition to dealing with the recreation of changes in temperature distribution.
This forms a report on the analysis of thermal strain from induction heating by transferring temperature analysis results to the press forming analysis software “JSTAMP”.
