Abstract
Cogging torque of permanent magnet synchronous motor is greatly influenced by production tolerances. So we have investigated about these influence using magnetic field analysis and variance analysis. We have developed the method to estimate cogging torque in consideration of production tolerances using multiple linear regression analysis.
