Abstract
One of the appeals of electric vehicles is quietness in stopping, acceleration and cruising that is on a par with luxury cars. However, to achieve this requires, it is required that suppress the motor’s electromagnetic excitation force, the main source of vibration in electric vehicles. This report introduces an initiative to use magnetic analysis for vibration reduction.
Focusing on the major electromagnetic excitation force, we explain about force generation position and reduction policies.
