Abstract
We (TAKAO KOGYO Co.,Ltd) are working mainly in the area of machining and induction heat-treatment for automobile parts.
Aiming to shorten designing time and to reduce the frequency of trial coil making in the coil development for induction heat-treatment, we officially introduced JMAG on April in 2020 through the trial period from January.
Though we are beginners having introduced JMAG recently, we will present our progress, approaches, and the newly addressed subject of “A search for the optimum shape of IH coil to get the best macro-pattern”
