Abstract

In this presentation, examples of applying data driven design to electric motor development are introduced.
The optimization problems of system specific power density and system efficiency with consideration of multi-physics are solved by MBD.
In motor topology optimization applied to SPM motor, Rotor shape and materials considering reduced magnet amounts for torque.
