JMAGユーザー会は世界各国で開催しています。2013年度最初のユーザー会は欧州で開催しました。今回で4回目となりますが、今年も多くのユーザーに御参加頂きました。その様子をレポートいたします。

開催レポート
ヨーロッパのJMAG GroupのメンバーであるPowersys主催によるJMAG欧州ユーザー会が開催されました。1日目がテクニカルデイ、2日目がユーザー事例講演という2日間で構成されています。
1日目には、JMAGユーザー様やJMAGの導入を検討されている方向けに技術トレーニングを実施しました。午前は、JMAGの熟練度に合わせて最新機能の紹介や基本機能について紹介を行い、JMAG-ExpressやJMAG-VTBなど新しいソリューションに対して多くの御質問をいただきました。午後は、ディスカッション形式によるJMAGへのリクエストなどについて議論しました。欧州では、初めての試みでしたが、参加者同士での積極的な意見交換もあり、技術交流のよりよい場所となりました。また、我々にとっても、開発へのよいインプットを頂く事が出来ました。
2日目は参加者が50名を超える盛況ぶりでした。ユーザー事例発表では、Robert BoschやNidec motors & actuators、VALEO EEM、ダルムシュタット大学とテクニカルパートナーにご講演いただき、様々なテーマで活発な議論・意見交換がなされました。また、参加者からは「講演、ポスター展示などが参考になった」との声が多く寄せられ、ご満足頂けたと思っています。また、6月にリリースしたJMAG Designer Ver.12.1を欧州で一足早くお披露目いたしました。
両日とも、機能紹介や事例紹介といったJSOLからの情報発信にとどまらず、JMAGに対するご意見ご要望も多数いただくことができ、中にはPCを直接持ち込みご質問いただく方々もいらっしゃるなど、欧州でのJMAGに対する期待の高さを改めて実感いたしました。
