Together with Mathworks, the company that develops MATLAB/Simulink (hereafter referred to as “Simulink”), JMAG strongly supports model-based development (hereafter referred to as MBD), which is utilized for developing motor drives such as EV/HEV.
Motor drive systems exhibit both high responsiveness and excellent electric efficiency, which requires high-power motors and advanced control algorithms. Coupled analyses using JMAG, which excels in detailed motor analyses, and Simulink, which excels in multi-domain system analyses, improve the accuracy of both types of analyses.
