概要
High performance motors are designed with both peak and continuous performance as the highest priority. To achieve this, accurate loss calculation is required especially for continuous performance. The presentation describes loss calculation of main motor components using JMAG Designer with high emphasis on the hysteresis play model used for iron loss calculations. Measured material properties coupled with recorded PWM current signals, provide a high accuracy level in loss calculations.
