Abstract
In recent years, from the viewpoint of motors downsizing, as the motor drive frequency increases, it has become necessary to reduce iron loss in the high frequency range and improve magnetic flux density in electrical steel sheets used as core materials.
Therefore, we have developed a new Si gradient steel “JNRF”. In this presentation, we will report the results of motor efficiency analysis when a new material “JNRF” is applied to the IPM motor.
