With rising speed demands in e-motor development, optimization is a fundamental part of the state-of-the-art development process. This trend leads to shorter design sample phases in which the first prototype must fit the customer requirements.
In this presentation a proven development approach based on multi objective, multi physical optimization is explained. Starting from a suitable motor concept the iterative engineering process displays the evolution to the final design. In addition to the simulation data, the results are verified by inhouse test bench data.
With the displayed verified approach, it is possible to meet future e-motor development demands today.
