Introducing JMAG-Designer Ver.17.1

June 2018 JMAG-Designer Ver.17.1 has been released.
In JMAG-Designer Ver.17.1, an environment is provided where designers can repeatedly test and verify their ideas.
Even in Ver.17.1, improvements in performance continue to be made.
By all means please use the latest JMAG to smoothly carry out analysis work.

Please notify JMAG support concerning unclear points, impressions, requests, etc.


FEM Engines

· Large-scale models with tens of millions of elements can be analyzed.
· Two-dimensional analysis can be solved much faster.


· The scope of multiphysics expanded widely, such as becoming able to coupling with a control circuit within JMAG.

Design Support Functions

· Optimization function and JMAG-RT system were optimized so that it can be comfortably used even among trial and error design work flow.


· The flexibility of constructing a distributed processing system has greatly improved and it has become possible to use on various environments.
· A new geometry template has been added, making model reuse easier.


Information has been substantially added and updated.
